100 Cats Rehomed!
Thanks to Tik Tok, the founder of My Grandfather’s Cat, Angela Rafuse helped rehome 100 cats. The non-profit organization helps people that are terminally ill and seniors find a new home for their pets. She started the organization after her grandparents passed away and ended up adopting their 14-year-old cat, Mackenzie. She saw a need for pet owners who could no longer care for their pets and helped them find a new family to take care of them. Mackenzie was a grumpy cat of sorts, so Angela made a Tik Tok video of Mackenzie and it immediately went viral – garnering tens of thousands of views. Since then, Angela has helped rehome 100 cats with new families.
